Before entering into a rental agreement, it is important that both parties understand the terms and conditions. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation.
If you wish to rent Villa Senang, please complete and submit the application form. Once we have received your reservation request, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail to confirm whether the villa is available, and whether your request has been approved. If your request is approved and you wish to make a booking, we will send you a rental agreement by e-mail, fax or post. Our rental terms and conditions are enclosed with this agreement. Once we have received a signed copy of the rental agreement, your booking will be confirmed and accepted as definite.
In addition to your rental agreement, you will receive an advance payment invoice. The advance payment is 30% of the total rental fee. Please ensure we receive the advance payment within 10 days. We adhere to a strict payment policy. If payment is overdue (exceeding 10 days), the rental agreement will be considered null and void. The outstanding balance plus EUR 200 deposit must be paid at least one month before arrival.
Please note that failure to pay the outstanding 70% of the rental fee will result in the rental agreement being dissolved. Your deposit is non-refundable.
Your security deposit (including the deduction of electricity charges) will be refunded to you within a month of your return. Any damage or repairs will also be deducted from the deposit.
If for whatever reason you need to cancel your reservation after signing the rental agreement, the following cancellation charges will apply:
- 30% of the rental fee if cancelling from 10 days after signing the rental agreement to 6 months before commencement of the rental period;
- 100% of the rental fee if cancelling less than 6 months before commencement of the rental period.
Only written cancellations will be processed.
